Contact
Contact us.
Zaacsyn is a small team, and your email goes straight to the people who build Zacsync.
Early access
You run MikroTik routers on remote sites and want to try Zacsync. Tell us roughly how many devices you have and what kind of links they use.
Questions first
Ask whether it fits your fleet, how Change Guard works with your network, or how it handles your board models, before you install.
Hosted Zacsync beta
Request a hosted beta account. It's free and by invitation, each customer is kept separate, and two-factor sign-in is required. Router configuration backups on the hub are not yet encrypted at rest, and there is no uptime guarantee during the beta. We'll send you the terms.
What helps
Useful things to include
Roughly how many devices, and which board models. Test devices are chosen per model, so forty identical units are handled differently from forty mixed ones.
What the links are like. Satellite, LTE, fixed wireless or fibre; metered or flat rate; and how long outages usually last.
What currently goes wrong. Describing a specific problem you want to avoid is the quickest way to tell whether Zacsync can help.
